INGREDIENTS: Roasted Dandelion root Taraxacum officinale, Burdock root Arctium lappa, Cinnamon bark Cinnamomum cassia, Fennel seed Foeniculum officinale, Fenugreek Tigonella foenum-graecum, Cardamon seed Elettaria cardamomum, Ginger root Zingiber officinale, Clove bud Syzgium aromaticum, Pau d' Arco inner bark Tahebubia impetigensoa, Black Peppercorns piper nigrum, Juniper berries Juniperus communis, Licorice root Glycyrrhiza glabra, Parsley root Petroselinium crispum, Uva Ursi leaf Arctostaphylos uva ursi, Horsetail herb Equisetum arvense, Orange peel Citrus species.
DIRECTIONS: Pour 60 oz. of distilled or purified water into a glass, ceramic, or stainless container. Add 6 tablespoons of DeTox Tea to water and cover. Let mixture soak overnight (at least 4 hours). In the morning bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. This will give you enough tea for your 6 cups a day. Drink tea hot. Enjoy! Put the used herbs back into the pot, add 3 tablespoons of fresh herbs and 60 ounces of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process. Keep adding new herbs to old ones for 3 days, then discard all herbs and start over. Most effective when used in conjunction with our LIVER/GALLBLADDER CLEANSING FORMULA and the CLEANSING AND DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM.
For a Coffee Replacement: Make as needed, using 1-2 tablespoons of tea in 20 ounces of distilled water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes, drink the tea hot.

DANDELION ROOT: Alterative, aperient, bitter, cholagogue, deobstruent, depurgative, diuretic, hepatic, laxative, stimulant, stomachic, tonic. Dandelion root is a blood and kidney cleanser and tonic, as well as a diuretic. It is used as a general cleansing stimulant for the liver.
BURDOCK: Alterative, antiphlogistic, carminative, cholagogue, demulcent, depurgative, diaphoretic, diuretic, hepatic, laxative, lithotriptic, stomachic, tonic. Burdock has been used for centuries by many cultures around the world and is a hormone balancing herb. Burdock helps promote kidney function, increases the flow of urine, and is a very effective liver purifier.
CINNAMON: Carminative, diaphoretic, stomachic, tonic. Added principally for flavor, cinnamon bark has many of the properties of spices, being aromatic, carminative (inducing the expulsion of gas from the stomach and intestines) and a stimulant.
FENNEL SEED: Antacid, antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic, parasiticide, stimulant, stomachic, tonic. Fennel helps improve digestion, and has the ability to break up uric acid in the tissues. Helps to rid the intestinal tract of mucus and functions as a gall bladder and liver cleanser.
FENUGREEK: Alterative, carminative, demulcent, laxative, mucilant, parasiticide, stomachic, tonic. Fenugreek reduces the formation and build up of uric acid demonstrating it’s ability to reduce kidney and bladder problems, and is as good demulcent helping to rid the intestinal tract of mucous.
CARDAMOM: Carminative, laxative, stimulant, and aromatic. Cardamom is added for flavor, it is an aid to digestion and works as a laxative.
GINGER: Carminative, diaphoretic, laxative, stimulant, stomachic, and tonic. Ginger is considered a tonic for the digestive tract acting to stimulate digestion and tone the intestinal muscles. This in turn eases the transport of substances through the digestive tract, lessening any irritation to the intestinal walls.
Cloves, Eugenia caryophyllata Carminative, stomachic, tonic, vermifuge. Cloves have the most stimulating and carminative properties of all the aromatics. As a local irritant it has the property of stimulating peristalsis and has been used with success as a stimulating expectorant.
PAU D'ARCO: Alterative, anti-inflammatory, bitter tonic, digestive, diuretic, and parasiticide. Pau d’arco’s use is prolific due to is strong analgesic, anti-parasitic, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory qualities, and for its laxative qualities. Is often used for treating gastrointestinal problems.
BLACK PEPPERCORN: Urinary antiseptic, carminative, diuretic, diaphoretic. Black pepper is an aromatic carminative stimulant whose action is more especially evident on the mucous membranes of the rectum and urinary organs.
CARROT TOPS: Carminative, diuretic, and stimulant. Carrot tops can help treat chronic kidney disease and affections of the bladder.
CORN SILK: Alterative, cholagogue, diuretic, demulcent, lithotriptic, soothing, mild stimulant. Corn silk is highly valued as support for the urinary system. Has diuretic qualities and is a mild stimulant. Has been used as a treatment in urinary tract infections and for reducing kidney stone formation.
JUNIPER BERRIES: Anti-septic (urinary), carminative, diuretic, lithotriptic, parasiticide, stimulant, stomachic, and tonic. Juniper berries are a highly effective antiseptic, especially in treating inflammation of the bladder and kidney problems.
LICORICE: Alterative, demulcent, diuretic, laxative, and stimulant. Licorice is an effective laxative and is also used for kidney and bladder ailments. It is also added for flavor.
PARSLEY ROOT: Aperient, carminative, diuretic, and tonic. Culpepper tells us that parsley “is very comfortable to the stomach . . . good for wind and to remove obstructions both of the liver and spleen…”
UVA URSI: Anti-lithic, diuretic, lithontriptic, stimulant, tonic, and urinary antiseptic. Uva Ursi has long been used as a very effective herb in treating many inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract through strengthening and imparting tone to the urinary passages. It also increases the flow of urine and cleanses the spleen.
HORSETAIL: Carminative, diuretic, lithotriptic, and parasiticide. Horsetail has large amounts of silica, and has strong diuretic and astringent qualities making it useful for bladder and kidney infections.
ORANGE PEEL: Anti-inflammatory, carminative, stomachic, stimulant, and tonic. Orange peel is used to "reduce accumulation," whether it’s gas in the intestine, or stool in the bowels. Also added for flavor.
